Wear the bikini! Iv come to learn that your body goes through a lot of changes over the years! from health conditions and illness, having children, my c section age and hormones can play a big part of change but I’m learning to except things for what they are I’m trying and that’s the main thing but being happy with your self and loving your self is the most important thing

Been a bit quiet on my page, not been feeling to great in my self and health wise lately and had my holiday to Spain last week, come back last Wednesday and really didn’t feel well the Wednesday and was really bad on the Thursday 😢 but feeling a lot better now, some pics from my holiday Xx

Explains a few things! Not feeling great for a little while now since last week last Thursday, had a really bad migraine yesterday morning 😩 have felt so tired and no energy and hands and feet hurting Xx

Was that time of the week again done my injection, this heat is really affecting my hands and feet, by the evening they are really hurting and aching and just feel worn out and tired Xx
