If you’ve bought QR codes we will see you between 10am-12pm on Saturday 20th June at Little Aston School on Forge Lane.

We will scan your QR codes as you arrive , but please have your confirmation email to show to our volunteers when you collect.

Please go to the desk that has the first letter of the purchaser’s surname.

Why do we only have one Ticket Collection Day?

Littleastonbury is organised entirely by a team of volunteers who give up their own time to put on this charity festival for our community. Ticket Collection Day requires a large number of volunteers to be available throughout the morning , as well as access to suitable premises.

We are very grateful to the school for allowing us to use their facilities for one day each year to distribute tickets. Organising additional collection days would require securing another venue, coordinating volunteers and managing hundreds of tickets, which is unfortunately not practical for our volunteer-run event.

The good news is that if you cannot attend personally, anyone can collect your tickets on your behalf provided they bring your QR code and the purchaser’s name and address.

We will be contacting people who haven’t collected their tickets on Monday as they may be refunded (minus booking fees/donations) and resold to our standby list

We will scan your QR codes as you arrive. We will have a few tables split into alphabetical order so please join the queue for the buyer’s surname.
