YOUR MINI GUIDE TO LITTLEASTONBURY 2026

Little Aston Party in the Park is a community-based family event where all proceeds raised are donated to the Little Aston Recreation Ground charity. It is organised and run by a group of unpaid volunteers who give up their time and energy to make it fun for everyone.

TICKETS

Like all festivals and live events, we are unable to issue refunds on tickets you’ve already purchased however we can help re-sell your tickets if we have people on our waiting list. Please email us for details.
If you have a child ticket and want to upgrade to an adult ticket email [email protected].
It is not possible to downgrade an adult ticket to a child ticket.
We have a mailing list so please subscribe on our website to keep up to date with announcements.

CHILDREN AT LITTLEASTONBURY

Children are classed as under 18 and they will be issued with a child wristband. We will not allow entry for any child without an adult. Children will also not be allowed to leave or re-enter unless accompanied by an adult.
If you have an adult ticket and look under 18 you will be asked for ID. We will issue a child wristband at our discretion if we believe you are under 18. Please bring ID for proof of age. This is really important if you want to consume alcohol on the field or buy from the bar.
Under 5s do not need a ticket

SECURITY
No metal cutlery
We will be operating a random bag search when you enter the park. You will be refused entry if you do not allow a bag search and no refund will be given.
We have a zero tolerance to underage drinking and drug taking. Anyone found to be carrying drugs will be escorted to the exit. Anti-social behaviour will be dealt with by security. Police will be in attendance and will deal with any serious issues.

ENTRY / EXIT / RE-ENTRY
QR codes will not be accepted on the gate - you must pick up your paper tickets on 20th June between 10am-12pm from Little Aston School. Please ask someone to collect on your behalf if you’re unable to come. This is the only day our volunteers are available to give out tickets. If you don’t pick up, your order may be cancelled and you will lose your allocation.

Gates open at 4pm. You will need to hand your ticket to our staff, and you will receive your wristband.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR WRISTBAND. Anyone not wearing a wristband will be escorted out of the event.

You can set up your tables, chairs, picnic blankets etc from 4pm. Please allow enough room in front of the stage for the dance area. You may be asked to move back if you are too close to the stage.

DURING THE EVENT
You can bring your own food and alcohol. You can bring bottles and glasses but we are encouraging everyone to bring as little glass as possible as in the next year or two all glass will be banned due to new legislation.
No glass is allowed in the dance area or children’s play area. You will be asked to move away from the dance area if you are carrying glass.
Please take all your rubbish home with you afterwards or dispose of it carefully in our bins

What you can’t bring:
- No BBQs or naked flames/fires/fireworks/flares/generators
- No dogs unless guide dogs
- No gazebos (unless authorised) / tents / windbreakers / pop up shelters / large patio umbrellas
Food and drink are available on site.
Fancy dress is encouraged, and you may get photographed, if you are unhappy
with your photo being used please contact us.
Security is onsite so any problems please find them to deal with any queries.
St. Johns ambulance first aiders will be on site during the event for any first aid and medical help required.

END OF EVENT
The event finishes at 11pm.

We’ve got a few changes this year so we are ready for new laws that will affect events like ours in a year or two.

We will not be allowing metal cutlery (knives, forks or spoons etc) in the park on the day of the event so if you are bringing your own food please make sure you choose alternatives such as wood or bamboo.

We want to make it as safe as possible for everyone and this is one way we can achieve that. Our security team will be checking bags when you enter so please help them by not bringing any metal utensils
