✨ Move With Meaning ✨

This event is in loving memory of Teddy, who tragically passed away in December 2025. In his memory, Teddy's mum Francesca set up a charity named "Teddy's Sleeping Bears" and this event marks the start of the fundraising.

Move With Meaning is a fitness day with some fantastic fitness programs.

It’s the update you’ve been waiting for… 😆

We are hopefully returning to Sheffield this October (back end of month). I’ve enquired with the venue and they are not accepting bookings until early June!

We will keep you updated once we know more!

💥 WOW… YOU’VE DONE IT AGAIN! 💥

Thank you so much, as always, for the incredible support! Due to the overwhelming response, all rooms currently available are now fully allocated 🙌

If you didn’t secure a room tonight, don’t panic! We’ll be opening the reserve list on Friday at 9pm, giving everyone time to chat with friends and check for any spare rooms first.

This helps keep the reserve list accurate and ensures spaces go to those who truly need them ❤️

FIT JAM isn’t just an event, it’s a feeling, and this weekend captured that perfectly 💙

How does something we plan for months disappear in a blink of an eye?! From the music and movement to the laughs, chats and unforgettable moments, this weekend was everything and more.

From those familiar faces we love seeing year after year to those who experienced their very first FIT JAM, THANK YOU! Your smiles, feedback and kind words mean more than you’ll ever know. Watching you enjoy yourselves, connect, and soak it all up is exactly why we do this.

FIT JAM is a community, a family, and weekends like this remind us how lucky we are. Your continued support means more than we can ever say! 💙
