A SUCCESSFUL EVENT TO MARK THE END OF THE COMMUNITY HOUSE MAKEOVER
Thanks to all of you who came along to the Open Evening at the end of last month to see the results of the makeover to the Community House. The newly installed windows and insulation have made a huge difference in terms of the heating of the building in the colder months and the new lighting and flooring have significantly improved the look and feel of the rooms, all of which means that the venue is now an attractive proposition for events throughout the year.

Representatives from the Rural Community Council of Essex attended the Open Evening and featured the Community House project in its Village Halls & Community Buildings Newsletter - see below.

WE’RE HAVING A MAKEOVER!

THE COMMUNITY HOUSE WILL BE OPEN ON MONDAY 1PM-4PM FOR USE OF THE TOILETS DURING THE CORONATION PICNIC. IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN TO THE HOUSE BEFORE THEN IT IS ALSO A CHANCE TO COME AND SEE WHAT THE VENUE HAS TO OFFER. A TRUSTEE WILL BE THERE TO SHOW YOU AROUND
