Traders who attend the Adventure Overland & Campervan Show can advertise their products/services. The National 4x4 and Camper Festival is scheduled for the weekend of 14-15 June 2025 at Stratford-upon-Avon Racecourse, Warwickshire CV37 9SF as part of an exciting 10-year plan. Celebrating all forms of on/off-road travel, the event welcomes adventurers on two wheels (adventure bikes), sixteen wheel

s (8×8 vehicles), and everything in between, including all makes and models of 2WD and 4WD vehicles. More than just a showcase of vehicles, the show is about the passionate community of owners, fostering a shared love for freedom, exploration, and self-expression. With brand-new attractions and its central location, the National 4x4 and Camper Festival sets the standard as the UK's No.1 event for camping enthusiasts from all walks of life. We have experts in bushcraft giving advice and demonstrations as well as providing all those survival essentials such as wild food preparation, animal tracking and first aid. There are also specialists in navigation, companies that convert vehicles to campervans along with people who have their own vehicles and adventure stories to share. We have a large display area where you meet the owners and see what is for sale. There is massive trade zone with all the equipment and tools you could want for your type of journey. However the real must for any prospective adventurer is a visits to our free-to-attend Seminar Sessions, provided by some of the most respected individuals in the adventure travel world, where you can meet the experts and share their experiences. The venue is central and easily accessed. We welcome day visitors, but if you really want to immerse yourself in the show we also offer weekend camping. Ticket prices are extremely good value and can be accessed via our web site or on the gate. There is a food court with a ‘tastes of the world’ theme a well stocked beer tent, plus evening entertainment Friday and Saturday nights. Great news ... THE TRAVEL ADVICE CENTRE now covers 2WD and 4WD vehicles!

As announced previously, our new, all-singing, all-dancing TRAVEL ADVICE CENTRE has just got even better.

Members of the highly knowledgeable Globetrotters Club, a worldwide group of volunteers will be on hand to answer queries and give free advice about travel documentation, transportation, country’s cultures and customs, etc. Basically anything and everything connected with 2WD transport and overland travel. www.globetrotters.co.uk

Members of OAC (Overland Adventure Club) have kindly volunteered to share their considerable knowledge associated with 4x4 overland travel. This not only includes free advice about travel documentation, country’s cultures and customs, etc., but also about off-roading and the vehicles themselves – particularly but not exclusively Land Rovers. The correct kit to carry (and perhaps even more important, the kit NOT to carry as weight is critical), recovery techniques, tips about accessories such as roof racks, winches, cooking gear, showers and so forth. Enhanced final schedule has just been announced!

As part of the revamped ADVENTURE OVERLAND & CAMPERVAN SHOW (12-14 June 2026), we have a brand new attraction that fits in perfectly with the event’s ethos of adventure travel.

Within ‘The Sacred Circle’ big workshop tent, the “WELLBEING AREA” features a series of wellness sessions and workshops, offering a blend of traditional therapeutic approaches with holistic tools. Helping you find clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection with yourself, over the weekend of the show these sessions include counselling, coaching, sound therapy and nature-based sessions. www.theyewproject.co.uk
