And just like that, the Ancient Oak Medieval Fayre 2026 is over — and what a weekend it was!

A huge thank you to every reenactor, trader, visitor, volunteer and member of the team who helped make this year’s fayre such a fantastic success.

The field was brought to life with history, atmosphere, medieval chivalry and so many memorable moments, and it was brilliant to see so many people enjoying the event.

We hope you’re all still on a high from the weekend — we certainly are.

And while 2026 may have just finished, the story is already continuing behind the scenes…

Planning for the Ancient Oak Medieval Fayre 2027 is already underway.

Daridel are coming to Ancient Oak Fayre! ⚔️🌳🎶

For the very first time, we’re welcoming the six-piece pagan folk band from Northern Italy to perform across BOTH days of the fayre.

Formed in 2018, Daridel have released three albums, performed internationally and built a huge global following with their powerful mix of tribal rhythms, ancient-inspired melodies and traditional instruments.
