We are completely SOLD OUT for Friday night’s Bierkeller event.
❌ There will be NO tickets available on the door.
❌ No entry without a valid ticket.
Please do not travel to the venue if you do not already have a confirmed ticket.
🎺 WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a full-on Bierkeller Night with a live German Oompah Band bringing the atmosphere all evening 🇩🇪🍻
Bring your A-game, your energy and be ready to get fully involved in the fun and games. This is not a sit back and watch type of night… it’s steins in the air, singing loud and proper Hales vibes 💛💙❤️
🕖 Doors open at 7:00PM
🎶 Event starts at 7:30PM
There will be light snacks on the tables, however these are not substantial please make sure you eat before you join us.
🎭 Fancy dress is absolutely allowed — and encouraged!
Lederhosen, dirndls, Bavarian hats, braces… the more effort the better 🍺🇩🇪
🎟 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
All attendees must have a valid ticket (digital or printed).
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless agreed in advance by the event organisers.
Management reserve the right to refuse entry.
🍺 STEIN DEPOSIT POLICY
• Stein deposits must have been paid in advance (before the advertised deadline).
• Steins can only be returned by guests who have paid the official deposit.
• Deposits will be refunded after the event once the stein is returned undamaged.
• Any service charges are non-refundable.
🪪 AGE POLICY
This is an 18+ event.
Valid photographic ID may be required on entry.
Challenge 25 will be in operation.
🚫 BEHAVIOUR
Zero tolerance towards drugs, aggression or abusive behaviour.
Anyone excessively intoxicated or behaving inappropriately will be removed without refund.
Management decisions are final.
