We’re delighted to announce that the Chapelton of Elsick 10K 2026 raised an incredible £8,000 for local charities, community groups and organisations.

A huge thank you to every runner, volunteer, sponsor and supporter who helped make this possible. Your support means that the money raised can now go back into the local community and support some fantastic causes.

This year’s donations are:

❤️ Befriend a Child — £1,000
❤️ Grampian MS Therapy Centre — £1,000
❤️ Epilepsy Scotland — £1,000
❤️ Portlethen Community Ambulance — £1,000
❤️ Police Scotland Youth Volunteers — £750
❤️ The Brain Tumour Charity — £500
❤️ Newtonhill Scouts — £500
❤️ Portlethen Rainbows — £250
❤️ Dunnottar Pipes & Drums — £250
❤️ Driving for the Disabled Maryculter— £250

That’s £8,000 going back to causes making a difference in our communities. 🙌

We’ll be getting in touch with each organisation over the coming weeks to arrange the donations and, where possible, invite representatives along for the presentation.

The Chapelton 10K is about much more than running — it’s about bringing people together, supporting our community and raising money for causes that matter.
