A quick summary of useful info about tomorrow:

The traditional folk festival runs 1-4pm. Access to that and the museum is free with a Walled Garden ticket.

From 4pm there will be pop up performances from artists on the cobbled Victorian street.

The Walled Garden opens at 5pm. First band on the bandstand is at 5.30pm. Last band will finish by 10.30pm.

Tickets can be purchased on the door. Advance tickets will be exchanged for a festival wristband at the entrance to the museum.

The event is suitable for all ages and under 5s can get in free.

The site is fully accessible for people with disabilities. Please get in touch if you have any specific concerns you would like to check out first.

A hog roast (plus veggie options) will be available in the Walled Garden, as well as some gorgeous cakes courtesy of Teasy Does It. There will also be a bar on site.
Picnics are allowed but no alcohol can be brought into the festival.

Parking will be available but it is limited.

There are currently 4 spaces left on the bus from Newcastle, please email if you would like to reserve one ([email protected]). It leaves at 4pm from Central Station.

The weather for tomorrow looks quite good but there is a chance of some light rain so please come prepared for both sun and rain!
