Returning to Tolbooth tonight following Thursday’s BBC Radio 2 and BBC Introducing live recording, Alice Faye takes to the stage once again, with support from Amelia Coburn.

With bold songwriting, stunning vocals and a captivating stage presence, Alice Faye has quickly established herself as one of Scotland’s most exciting emerging artists.

A familiar face to Tolbooth audiences, Alice previously performed as part of our Café Concert Series in 2023 and returned in 2024 through our New:Noise programme. We're delighted to welcome Alice back for what promises to be another unforgettable evening.

Tomorrow at Tolbooth! 🎷

Whether you're taking your first steps into jazz or already have experience, join us today for Tolbooth Jazz Summer Day.

This exciting day offers young musicians the chance to explore jazz repertoire, develop improvisation skills, build confidence, and perform alongside fellow music-makers in a fun and supportive environment.

Led by acclaimed jazz musicians and educators Kevin Mackenzie and Mario Caribe, participants will be guided through a day of creativity, collaboration and discovery, making it the perfect introduction to jazz or an opportunity to further develop existing skills.

The day will round off with a sharing concert for friends and family.

See Oasis through the lens of legendary photographer Jill Furmanovsky in 'Rebels and Renegades', the Free exhibition at Tolbooth Gallery, part of Stirling Photography Festival and in partnership with Street Level Photoworks and Rock Archive.

Featuring striking images captured throughout the band's rise to fame, the exhibition offers a rare glimpse into Oasis on and off stage, documenting key moments in the story of one of Britain's most iconic bands.

If you haven't seen the new documentary film yet, 'Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger', our friends over at Macrobert Arts Centre are showing it from 9th-11th September.

Jill Furmanovsky ‘Rebels and Renegades’ is on at Tolbooth Gallery until Saturday 26th September. Bringing together photographs spanning punk, reggae, soul, new wave, 80s pop and Britpop, the exhibition also features artists including Stevie Wonder, Sinead O'Connor, Amy Winehouse and Annie Lennox, alongside iconic bands such as The Clash, Blondie, Joy Division, Madness, and The Police.
