We Mavericks bio here. They are fab!
"Masters in the art of connection, kiwi songstress Victoria Vigenser and Australian string maestro Lindsay Martin interweave soulful harmonies, sublime instrumentation and driving rhythms to form a singular musical voice. Their original songs could be called contemp-folk, alt-country or chamber-pop, but no words can capture the warm and straightforward way they relate to their audiences. Coming to us from Australia’s Snowy Mountains with stories of the road and rave reviews from across the globe, expect laughter, tears, and soul-stirring songs with a worldly appeal." Appearing in Staveley Roundhouse on 25th September (behind the butchers shop)

A full house for Greg Russell last night. What a splendid response for the first guest performer in our temporary venue.
