Tuesday 24 October:
👟All groups: Winter Kenyan Hills - how many can you do in 40 minutes?

Thursday 26 October:
👟Emma's group: Steady Run 4-5 Miles
👟Brian's group: Steady Run 6-7 Miles
👟Mark's group: Head Torch Run 6-7 Miles - spare head torches available if you fancy giving it a go

Plans could change due to weather conditions, availability and numbers.
