Did you know that Midlands Air Ambulance Charity receives NO Government funding for its daily missions and relies entirely on support from local people and businesses?
Since 1991 they have responded to more than 80,000 missions across Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and the West Midlands, providing lifesaving emergency care when it is needed most. It costs around £16 million each year to keep the service running, with every helicopter mission costing an average of £2,950.
The team at Butt Lane Farm, Ranton are hosting a Charity Gala Night on Friday 27th June to help raise funds for this fantastic local cause. The evening includes a lawn reception with canapés and cocktails, live music, a sit-down buffet and entertainment from Sonic Boom.

National Bereaved Parents Day was founded in 2020 by the Staffordshire based charity, A Child Of Mine - Supporting Bereaved Parents to honour bereaved parents from all walks of life. Every year we bring together anyone affected by the loss of a baby, child or adult child to show them that they are NOT alone.

National Bereaved Parents Day (NBPD) will take place on Friday the 3rd of July to raise awareness for all bereaved parents and their families. Thank you for wanting to help spread this message.This year’s theme, ‘This is my place’, is about finding a sense of belonging and community within grief, highlighting that no matter where you are in your journey, there is a place for your child’s memory.
To support this year's theme our incredible crochet and knitting group ‘A Crochet of Mine’ are reaching out for support to help them make 2557 beautiful crochet and knitted butterflies.
These will be displayed in Stafford to create a special place for bereaved parents and their families to visit, remember, reflect and honour the precious children and babies they long to still beholding in their arms fans

🚗🛍️ Do you fancy a clear out and making a few pounds at the same time?
Hearts & Hands CIC are holding a Saturday afternoon Car Boot Sale in our car park from 1.00pm until 4.00pm, so no dragging yourself out of bed at 5am or 6am 😄☀️
Pitch fee is just £5, with all money helping towards the rent at Hearts & Hands CIC ❤️
☕🍰 Refreshments will be on sale and it should be a fun afternoon for everyone.

Magic Voices Musical Theatre Choir Another fantastic first for LR Partnership Events/Staffordshire Cultural Events CIC as we welcomed the wonderful Magic Voices Musical Theatre Choir to perform for the very first time at one of our events. Their performance brought something different to the event and was thoroughly enjoyed by so many people throughout the day.🎶✨

One thing we have always believed in at LRP Events/ SCE CIC is giving opportunities to a wide variety of performers, entertainers and community groups. From live bands and dance schools to choirs, speciality acts and performers from different backgrounds and styles, we feel events should reflect the diverse interests and talents within our community. 🎶✨
Not every performance style will appeal to every single person, and that is perfectly fine, but we will always continue to support inclusivity, creativity and opportunities for both established and first-time groups to showcase what they do best.
A huge thank you to Magic Voices Musical Theatre Choir for being part of the event. We hope to welcome them back again soon. 🎶
