🎉 We are looking forward to welcoming you all next weekend!

A few important details for the day:

🏃 Race registration opens at 10:00am.

💪 Darren England will be leading the warm-up at 11:30am.

🏁 The race will begin at 12:00 noon.

Friends, family and supporters are welcome to attend the daytime event free of charge to cheer on the runners, browse our stalls, enjoy the fair rides, grab a bacon sandwich, burger or hot dog, treat themselves to a piece of cake, and enjoy a refreshing drink from the bar.

🏆 The race presentation is expected to take place at approximately 2:00pm.

The daytime event will finish around 3:30–4:00pm, at which point the field will be cleared to allow preparations for the evening entertainment, including the arrival of the bands and additional food vendors.

🎶 The gates will re-open at 5:00pm, with live music starting at 5:15pm and continuing until 11:00pm.

If you have bought a race entry or party in the park ticket you should receive a further email detailing everything else you may need to know for the event.

📢 Road Race Notice – Saturday 13th June

We would like to make local residents aware that our annual road race will be taking place on Saturday 13th June, with the race starting at 12:00 noon.

To help ensure the safety of all runners, we kindly ask that people avoid parking on Cadeby Road, New Lane and Melton Road wherever possible.

The race route will begin on the park before heading onto Cadeby Road, turning left onto New Lane and then left again onto Melton Road. Runners will continue to the crossroads at High Melton before proceeding through Cadeby and then returning to the village.

Please be aware that there may be some delays to traffic along the route from around midday. If possible, we would appreciate residents planning alternative routes for their journeys. If you do need to travel through the area, we kindly ask for your patience while our marshals manage the route and help keep all participants safe.

Once online ticket sales have closed, NO further tickets will be issued. This is to ensure we are adhering to law and regulations, ensuring the safety of all attendees.
