DJ Junior!

Playing Saturday evening, DJunior Antonio Spencer will be bring the warmth and bueno vibes of classic Latin sounds!

Junior was born and raised in the Dominican Republic where he started his career as a DJ. He loves sharing his culture and knowledge of music, including Salsa, Bachata, Merengue and Reggaeton. DJunior currently organises events at Bailando Latin Entertainment, hosting parties and celebrating different cultures across the South Coast and around the UK.

Afghan Street Food at Summer Feastival! Oh yeah!

This time next week, this may well be what we are eating!

The 2 lads kitchen is a street food business bringing the essence of Afghan food to England. The business started as two friends, Zia and Gul, got together after both having experienced working in street food markets in London. They started in 2019 with one food stall in Southbank riverside, London. They now have expanded to having multiple markets throughout the week, food festivals around the UK and a fixed spot in Camden Market and more!

DJs take control! South Coast Block Party

Olly Salter b2b Ryan Harris with a full disco on vinyl takeover!

This will be our own little Paradise Garage by the river on Saturday afternoon!

Olly Salter and Ryan Harris have played an impressive array of venues, supported global artists like Sister Sledge, Roy Ayers, Rose Royce, Norman Jay (MBE), Dave LEE ZR (f.k.a. Joey Negro, and graced the wheels at parties on a certain little island in the Med known for its fun times!

Whether it is Ministry of Sound, Café de Paris, Common People or Ibiza, Olly and Ryan have a deep respect for the history of soul, funk, disco and house, and have vast record collections they’ll have to choose from to play at it is safe to say that this will be a deep dish to accompany your food and drink selection!

This will be one for the heads and those who just like a funking good time!

When it comes to music, nothing beats the soulful depth and rich sonic impact of a classic vinyl record," declare the vinyl virtuosos, 45 s Mark James and Disgo Dan. With over a decade of experience championing the 7" format in Southampton and beyond, these two have put vinyl back in the spotlight of the local DJ scene.

Boasting an impressive collection of records, their diverse sets have taken them across the pond to spin at clubs in NYC and LA, and allowed them to play alongside some big international heavyweights including Roy Ayres, Trojan Sound System, Soul II Soul, Trevor Nelson, Hot 8 Brass band, Charli 2na, Public Service Broadcasting, Norman Jay, Eddie Piller, Craig Charles, Don Letts and DJ Format to name just a few.

Rolling into town in their tangerine machine, Son of a Bun will be serving tangerine chicken burger dreams!

Bringing their next level free range, fried chicken in a bun. Veggie and vegan options available too 🌱

First came the passion for the fried chicken, and out hatched son of a bun! Hat & Pat combined their love of food to bring you better fried chicken; crispy. Saucy. Succulent; enough to tickle your fancy!

Also serving up the juiciest beef burgers, son of a bun promises you that they will only use ingredients that are…local, sustainable and fresh, no skimping on quality!

SUMMER FEASTIVAL – 03/04 JUNE

Street Food Circus is rolling in to Southampton bringing with it an incredible Summer Feastival. You are cordially invited to join us for GOOD TIMES by the river…eat, drink, be entertained and amazed!

Explore The Greatest Food on Earth offered by some of the most inspiring chefs in the region as well as some who are travelling in from far and wide to get the city’s diners taste buds salivating. All this whilst sipping on a Tiny Rebel Pale Ale, or a cocktail in the Dessert Island Disco area where some of the finest local DJs will be spinning tunes for appreciative ears.

No expense will be spared in bringing you the usual Street Food Circus production values, and vibes…all with a South Coast twist.
