Feastleigh Food & Drink Fiesta 2026, Eastleigh Town Centre's annual food & drink festival has space for some more traders. (Non food also welcome)

📅 Saturday 4th July 2026
🕙 10am-6pm
📍Leigh Road Recreation Ground, Eastleigh SO50 9FF

Featuring food & drink, free entertainment, plenty to keep the kids entertained and of course FREE ENTRY, its a popular event.

We are looking for;

☆ Hot food traders
☆ Cold food traders
☆ Local produce
☆ Bubble tea /Kombuca
☆ Biltong /charcuterie
☆ Vegan /vegetarian food
☆ Cooking demonstrations
☆ Charities
☆ Food banks / recycling schemes
☆ Acrivities
☆ Non food related stalls
☆ Performers such as school choirs, dance groups, cheerleaders to perform on the iconic bandstand. (Unpaid).

Pitches start from £50 (£25 for charities) FREE for any Visit Eastleigh, Eastleigh BID Business/charity, you must be currently paying the levy.

Minimum requirements for trading:

- Commercial grade gazebo with 12kg weights on each leg
- £5m PL

For food traders:
- 4+ food hygiene rating or be pending inspection.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate for everyone working on your stall.
- Gas safe / PAT tested equipment.

Electricity/gazebos/weights are not supplied.

The booking form shows what we have booked already. It's our policy not to double up on stalls as we like our traders to have the best sales opportunities.

Boorley Green to Host First‑Ever Community Vintage Fayre Next Sunday

Boorley Green will stage its first major community event on Sunday 7 June, with the sports pitches set to transform into the Boorley Vintage Fayre a family focused day organised in partnership with Dream Empire Events Ltd and RSWSound, the team behind last year’s successful Revels on the Rec.

The fayre will feature a wide mix of attractions, including vintage vehicles and fire engines, Punch and Judy shows, traditional sports day races, community stalls, and a range of family entertainment throughout the day.

Organisers have issued an important travel reminder: there is no onsite parking, and visitors are urged to walk or use public transport.

The Bluestar 3 bus service stops directly at the event entrance.The community is invited to come along, enjoy the festivities, and support this new addition to the local events calendar next Sunday.

Say hello to Iain Holloway and Teresa Crump (T) from Velocity Security Solutions. These 2, along with their specialist team are the ones who keep you/us/our visitors safe at events, and there is noone we'd trust more.

As well as being amazing at what they do, they're bloody nice people too.

If you ever have any issues at one of our events, and Sarah & Steph aren't available, they're always happy to help and can answer most questions as they know us and our business very well.
