🐑✨ It’s almost time for Sheep Day! ✨🐑

Skipton is gearing up for its biggest and baa-rilliest day out of the year!

On Sunday 28th June 2026, the High Street and Canal Basin will come alive with a full day of FREE entertainment, family activities, food, music, and sheep-filled fun for all ages.

Stroll between the town centre and canal side and you’ll find:

🎶 Live performances and music
🐏 The world-famous Sheep Show
🐐 Petting animals and family activities
🚜 Tractors and live demonstrations
🍔 Street food, treats, and refreshments
🛍️ A vibrant market full of local traders
🎪 Hands-on fun and entertainment throughout the day

We are commemorating the armed forces by incorporating Armed Forces Day celebrations into Skipton Sheep Day, which is taking place on Sunday 28th June!

The Haworth Home Guard will be joining us with regimental displays; military vehicles; deactivated artillery. The 5th Regiment will also be in attendance displaying multiple vehicles and kits used

The Armed Forces Day Flag Lowering Ceremony at 3pm will take place outside the Town Hall.

Armed Forces Day celebrations will take place on the setts outside the Town Hall.

The annual Sheep Day returns to Skipton on Sunday, 28th June 2026!

Join us on Skipton High Street from 10:00am–4:00pm for this fantastic FREE family-friendly event.

Browse a wonderful selection of traders offering everything from handcrafted gifts and cosmetics to pet supplies and children's toys. Enjoy a spot of shopping, grab a bite to eat, and watch some truly baa-rilliant live shows and demonstrations throughout the day.

It's a fun-filled day out for all ages, and we can't wait to welcome you.

With the world-famous Sheep Show and some great educational demonstrations of sheering and all thing’s sheep.
We will also have several live performers on stage to keep you entertained throughout the day🤩.
