Business Support team member and avid fell runner Ben recently had the opportunity to join Michelle on the popular UKRunChat podcast.

During the conversation, Ben discusses his own running journey and talks about his upcoming races. He also explores our firm's growing relationship with running, including the positive impact that the Shrewsbury 10K has had on so many members of our team.

SOLD OUT! 🏃🏃‍♀️

The Shrewsbury Half Marathon is officially SOLD OUT, with just under 2,100 runners signed up! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

It’s an incredible turnout and we can’t wait to see the streets of Shrewsbury packed with runners on the 27th September.

If you are transferring your place to another runner you have until Sunday 6th September to do so.

We will start posting bib numbers from the 7th.

🚴 LEAD CYCLISTS WANTED 🚴

We're looking for experienced cyclists to play a vital role at this year's Pareto FM Shrewsbury Half Marathon and Shrewsbury Metric Half Marathon.

We're looking for:

✅ 2 lead cyclists for the Half Marathon
✅ 2 lead cyclists for the Metric Half Marathon

You'll need to:

🚴 Be a confident, experienced road cyclist
📍 Be comfortable following a GPX route on your bike computer or phone
🏃 Ride safely at the front of the race, guiding the lead runners around the course
⏰ Be available on Sunday 27th September

This is an incredibly important role that helps ensure our runners stay on course and have the best possible race experience.
