Next Friday, 10 April, we welcome Johnny Dee back to the club.
Johnny's evenings have always been popular, and this one will feature him singing a "Neil Diamond" selection, alongside favourites from his wider repertoire.
Many of you are familiar with his journey with cancer diagnoses, and he will also talk a little about this and you will have the chance to donate money towards cancer charities.
Tickets are £5, available from the bar.
The next film night will be Tuesday 14 April, when the 2025 film The Ballad of Wallis Island will be shown.
This is a comedy drama about a musical duo who reunite to perform for a wealthy fan on a remote British Island. It's been described as "a sublime, adorable comedy" and "all at once an odd-couple bromance, a quite respectable musical outing, and a nostalgic look at the memories we all lock up in the harmonies in our heads – the ones we carry with us through life." Filmed in Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire, it stars Tom Basden (who also wrote the songs) and Carey Mulligan
