Huge thank you to those that have donated to the Sherborne Summer Festival it allows us to put the event on free to all.

Each year, we organize an event in Sherborne known as the Sherborne Summer Festival.

This festival offers free entry and features live music, food, beverages, and more, all through voluntary efforts.

However, the costs continue to rise each year as we need to secure medics, security, insurance, and cover expenses for bands and equipment, last year’s event cost over £10,000.

It is becoming increasingly challenging to host this event while keeping it free for the public. This year, we are facing financial difficulties and are reaching out for assistance.

We kindly ask for your support to ensure this wonderful event continues. Celebrating our 10th anniversary, we would be so disheartened to cancel due to insufficient funding.

The event is run by just a few volunteers, who all work incredibly hard, and put in long hours before during and after the event.

Any surplus money from donations will be distributed amongst local charities among the town

Thank you for your ongoing help and support over the years, let’s make this year truly memorable.
