We’re ending things with a bang this year, with Berghain regular, NTS resident, and Sea-rène label head GiGi FM taking the reins of our final show.

GiGi FM is a multidisciplinary artist, DJ, producer, dancer, singer-songwriter and poet whose practice moves fluidly between sound, movement and performance. From her beginnings in the underground squat raves of South London to her current home in Berlin, she has developed a genre-fluid musical language spanning techno, bass, breaks, jungle and ambient, carrying dancefloors between intensity, vulnerability and states of ecstasy.

A professionally trained dancer, GiGi’s relationship with the body runs deeply through her productions and performances. Through her label Sea~rène, releases including Movimiento, Virgo Space Acid and Shelter Our Time trace an evolving sonic world, while her music has also appeared on Ostgut Ton, Fuse and On Board Music. A resident on NTS Radio since 2019, her expanding live and curatorial practice brings together electronic music, singing, poetry, dance and performance ~ continually exploring the spaces where the physical and introspective meet.

We couldn’t be more excited to be hosting GiGi FM in Sheffield, and we’re sure she’s going to make this a Mad Friday to remember. First release tickets have been moving quickly, so we’d advise picking yours up now whilst tickets are cheap.

Tickets available on RA.

On Friday 18th December, ALGORHYTHM returns home to FORGE to close off the year with a Mad Friday special, led by none other than GiGi FM.

Berghain regular, NTS resident, and Sea-rène label head GiGi FM is a multidisciplinary artist, DJ, dancer, and producer who’s journey began a while back in the underground squat raves of South London. Now based in Berlin, GiGi has grown into a dynamic force in electronic music, captivating audiences at iconic stages and festivals worldwide. Whether blending techno, bass, and breaks or creating immersive ambient soundscapes, GiGi FM’s sets are a masterful exploration of versatility and emotional depth, transporting dancefloors into states of ecstasy.

For this one we’re keeping it special with one floor and one direction for the night. The main warehouse will be going forward in full force, with the iconic four-point Raze sound system powering the dancefloor from each corner. And as usual, we’ve got the extremely talented Zaron Mizmeras back in with live visuals on an extremely special CRT installation to round off the atmosphere in the room.

We’re so excited to close off what has been an amazing season and an even better year in the place where it all started, FORGE. Full emphasis on sound, space, and atmosphere for this one.

Early bird tickets are available now. Don’t sleep on this one - we’re running a very limited capacity.

Our Autumn / Winter season is well underway and we couldn’t be more excited for what we’ve got coming up.

Last month, residents Harrison & Jaz kicked things off with the closing slot at Kitchen Radio’s fundraiser, closely followed by our collab with Fixate bringing Bailey Ibbs to Sidney & Matilda.

Tomorrow at 6pm we announce the next installation of ALGORHYTHM’s main series.

Later this week, residents Harrison & Jaz are closing off the Saturday afterparty for No Bounds at The System, supporting Kavari alongside Algorave & Linnemann.

And next month, we’re inviting some new faces to Sheffield. More to come on this later.

We hope to see you down at No Bounds this weekend & we can’t wait to share our next party with you. Tomorrow - 6pm. Don’t miss out.

TOMORROW NIGHT.

In less than 24 hours, we’ll be opening the doors at Sidney & Matilda for a night of full throttle techno alongside Fixate.

Bailey Ibbs, Tresor resident and head honcho of the Night Service Label, will be leading the charge tomorrow. Support from INKLING GIRLZ, Cimmerian, Harrison, & Move Elusive. That’s not all though - Flock have been called in on bar duties to keep you moving. And of course as usual, we have the master of visuals and atmosphere Zaron Mizmeras providing the visual installation in the main room.

We’re so excited to welcome you back onto the dancefloor. Come early, stay late - let’s make this another one for the books.

Final tickets on RA. Don’t sleep.

Laying the groundwork for the night is Cimmerian.

A producer since his teens, Cimmerian pivoted to techno three years ago and co-founded Fixate to give the sound a proper home in Sheffield. His sets move between bouncy, rolling Australian-style hardgroove and driving European heat - think Lucas Boston and 6SENSE colliding with the darker, hypnotic pull of Anne and Lars Huismann.

For this one, expect him to open with a darker, Berlin-leaning energy, groove woven through from the first record.

Doors open early for a reason - come early and stay late. Final tickets on RA.

Over in the bar this Friday we’ve called in Sheffield’s house heavyweights Flock to keep the bar moving with some serious selections.

Flock is an independent party project born out of the need to keep moving via intimate woodland parties during the 2020 lockdown. Since bringing the dance into Sheffield’s best venues they’ve thrown it down with the likes of Sally C, Horsemeat Disco, Inland Knights & Demi Riquísimo to name a few.

On Friday night, residents Gross Rodriguez and Jord Guest will be on till the early hours of the morning. Expect house music from across the spectrum and the very best of it.

We’re now in the run up to Bailey’s arrival on Friday and we’re seriously excited for it. We’re onto final release today, and as a reminder this is a limited capacity show so grab yours before it’s too late.

Tickets on RA.

We’re one week away from our party with Fixate bringing Bailey Ibbs to Sheffield, and we couldn’t be more excited - this is shaping up to be an intense start to the season for us.

Tresor resident & renowned producer Bailey Ibbs has become a household name in techno, with a visionary approach that seamlessly blends techno, breaks, and rave music. His releases demonstrate an ever-evolving interpretation of the genre that manages to push boundaries forward to new and innovative territories all whilst maintaining his distinct, high-energy sound.

Alongside Bailey, we’ve called in INKLING GIRLZ for support, as well as Flock to handle the bar duties - all in addition to residents from both ALGORHYTHM and Fixate. We’re very excited to be bringing some of the best of Sheffield house and techno all under one roof next Friday.

Tickets will be moving to final release over the weekend, so grab yours now if you haven’t already. Available exclusively on RA.

Next Friday, ahead of Bailey Ibbs, we’ve called in Shared Frequencies’ residents INKLING GIRLZ.

A dynamic duo blending Sheffield energy with London rhythm, INKLING GIRLZ deal in hardgroove, boogie, and funk-leaning anthems; high-energy, feel-good grooves built to get a room moving from the first record. Since last year, these two have been powering dance floors across Sheffield: from Southbank to Hazy.

We’re excited to see what these two have in store for us. As usual, get down early & stay late for the full thing.

Tickets exclusively on RA.

On the close next Friday we have a very special joining of camps, with ALGORHYTHM’s Harrison & Fixate’s Move Elusive coming together to close the night off.

As a resident and the curator behind ALGORHYTHM, Harrison has quickly become known for his explorative approach to techno. His sets are rooted in an appreciation for the genre’s multifaceted sound, with deep-hitting percussion, driving rhythm, and fluid movement between the deeper and more forceful edges of the sound.

Drawing heavy inspiration from the many parties down at Hope Works since 2012, Move Elusive is known for eclectic sets spanning hardgroove, techno, breaks, & more. As a founder and resident of Fixate, Move Elusive has consistently delivered high-energy sets, supporting the likes of DJ Plant Texture.

Tickets have been moving well for this one and we’re excited to bring you a closing set between two of the minds behind Sheffield’s current underground. Don’t miss out.

Tickets available exclusively on RA.
