Our next YoGolf day is 7th Sept. We will be splitting the group in 2 so dont be shy if youre brand new to golf this day really is for you. There will be no more than 5 people in your group so you will get plenty of coaching. Improvers will be coached together, come along and see how functional movement and breathwork can assist your game. 2 teachers means twice the learning and twice the fun. Only Β£80 includes lunch and all equipment needed.

Incorporating breathwork into your golf routine – both on and off the course – can improve physical performance, mental resilience, and overall enjoyment of the game.

Here’s how breathwork can help you get more out of your golf game: techniques explained simply for you to try.

1. Improved Focus and Mental Clarity
Golf requires mental precision, especially during high-pressure shots. Controlled breathing helps quiet the mind, reducing distractions.

Breathwork Technique: Box Breathing (Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4).

2. Reduced Stress and Anxiety
Stress can lead to tension in the body, affecting swing mechanics. Breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, calming nerves.

Breathwork Technique: Diaphragmatic Breathing (deep belly breathing) helps release tension before teeing off or in challenging situations.

3. Enhanced Energy and Endurance
Controlled breathing optimizes oxygen delivery to muscles, improving stamina for long rounds and reducing fatigue.

Breathwork Technique: Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana) balances energy and prevents burnout.

4. Better Swing Rhythm and Tempo
