We're really excited to have our Women's Prologue event rolling out with the full Pure Peak Grit event this year! 🙌

We'd love to see plenty of women on the start line at both rides and to help inspire you all to sign up we've interviewed Race Director , Laura Massey-Pugh () and endurance cyclist Jess Golding () to hear them chat everything ultra-distance cycling!!

We had an absolutely fantastic time using Barn Farm Camping, Birchover as our HQ last year so we're not surprise they've been voted the best 🏆👏 It's not many ultras that come with showers and peacocks 🦚!!

Entries for the PPG 2026 are now open!

This is a very exciting moment for us, not just because we can once again open the doors to everyone who is ready and raring to take on the hills of Derbyshire, but also because we have introduced an additional strand to the forthcoming edition of PPG. 

Introducing...The Prologue. 

There is more information on our website (link in bio), but in short, this is an initiative to encourage more female participation in PPG and the broader ultra distance cycling scene. It's one lap of the classic PPG course, along with support and guidance throughout the build up to the event from the PPG team and previous riders, as well as lots more. This is exclusively for female cyclists, and has been designed following extensive conversations with female riders and the PPG community. 

You can enter The Prologue and the main PPG event via our website now! 

Also, this year we are supporting the brilliant Derbyshire Wildlife Trust (), with a portion of all PPG main event riders' entry fee going straight to the charity.

Finally, we want to say a huge shout out to the team at Kostüme (.cc), who will be continuing their support of PPG, with some very exciting things on the horizon.
