It’s just over 4 weeks until the PMF games 2021 and if you have already signed up then we would like to encourage you share the charity link far and wide and ask for sponsorship. If every participant raised just £100 this would equate to ££ thousands for the charity and significantly help towards our £10,000 target.

If you haven’t signed up then what’s stopping you? The events are suitable for all abilities and it’s a great chance to get involved in a fun day and help young people to get the start that they deserve. Pmf members can sign up through punch pass but the event is open to all so if you are not a member of the gym or have friends, family that want to take part then give prime mover fitness a call.

👉Great news we have awesome legends booking on for the PMF Games October 16th...Lifting Comp and Fitness Comp.

💥I just got this message from Claire Rushton which is exactly the correct attitude to have!! 💥

"Hi Danny, oh my, there’s some seriously strong ladies that will no doubt enter this but I guess in the spirit of the comp, I can challenge myself and see where I come, all in a good cause. I’ll book on 😊"
