A big THANK YOU to everyone who supported the first Dorset Tractor Fest last weekend 🙏 Whether you bought tickets or exhibited, you played a part in establishing this new event and we are immensely grateful 🚜💚

Despite the challenging weather 🌧 we were very pleased with how it went. Of course we learnt some lessons and have a list of improvements to make but this was always going to be the case with a new festival, concept and venue. The feedback we've received has been overwhelmingly positive and there is a lot of excitement for the future within our team 🥰

One thing we guarantee is: DTF will be back bigger and better in 2027 💪 so please watch this space!

If anybody saw or witnessed anything on Saturday night please do come forward. Any info no matter how small may assist Dorset Police with their investigation.

The incident took place in the toilet area to the right of main stage next to the medical tent and NOT between the stage and VIP area as the article states.

Needless to say we were appalled and deeply saddened by this. The safety and wellbeing of festivalgoers is non-negotiable and we take allegations of sexual assault with the utmost seriousness. Behaviour that threatens the safety of others has no place at our festival and we will work closely with authorities to take any action necessary to protect attendees.

APPEAL | We are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward after two teenage girls were sexually assaulted in Gillingham.

The two girls, both aged 14, were at the Tractor Fest event at the Turnpike Showground at around 10pm on Saturday 6 June 2026 when they were approached by two men in the area between the music stage and the VIP toilets.

One of the men is reported to have inappropriately touched one of the teenagers over her clothing and tried to kiss her. The second man is also reported to have inappropriately touched the other victim over her clothing.

The first man is described as white, five feet ten inches tall and of a muscular build with blond hair. He was wearing a burgundy-coloured Ralph Lauren shirt and green boots.

The second man is described as white, six feet tall and of average build with platinum blond hair. He was wearing a red and white rugby shirt with the O2 symbol on it.

Sergeant Matt Brennan, of North Dorset police, said: “We are continuing to support the victims and are carrying out a full investigation into this matter.

“I am appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information that might assist our enquiries to please come forward.

“I would also urge anyone who attended the event to please review any photos or video footage taken during the evening to see if they have captured anything of relevance.”
