First and foremost: a massive thank you. We aren't blind to the sheer effort it takes to haul a family out into the woods for a weekend. We see every bit of that hustle, and we appreciate every single person who buys a ticket.

After introducing the ceremonies and fireworks last time around, we wondered how on earth we’d top it. You answered by showing up in record-breaking numbers, making 2026 our biggest and brightest gathering yet. Keeping that final surprise under wraps was tough, but watching those drones take to the night sky to play our shared weekend back to the arena had us all in tears!

Still, nothing tops those human moments. Whether it was a hesitant child who went from trepidatious to rushing back for a second turn on an activity, or Mums going for it on a quad bike while Dads bust a move learning an Afrobeats dance!

To everyone who has already locked in their return for next summer: thank you. Entrusting us with another slice of your family's summer is a huge deal, and we hold that trust close.

✨ THROWBACK: Our First Ever Camp Kindling 🔥

Still buzzing from our very first trip to Camp Kindling last weekend — what an absolute dream of a weekend! 🥹💛

🌞 By day: It was pure magic — we tried so many awesome activities: bee keeping, woodcrafting, stargazing, dune buggies, ariel bungee … every day was packed with fun, creativity and getting properly stuck into the outdoors!

🎉 By night: The whole place transforms — campfires, live music, parties, games, food stalls, and everyone coming together under the stars ✨ That evening vibe? Unbeatable.

🐿️ TEAM SQUIRRELS REPRESENT! 🐿️ We absolutely lived for the team system — joining Squirrels made the whole weekend feel extra special, and we loved seeing everyone in their team colours, cheering each other on! There are loads to pick from — each with their own vibe, traditions and little challenges 🦊🦉🦡

We're still slightly reeling from this one. The forest gates closed on 2026 only 4 days ago, and half of next summer's tickets have already gone.

We know what sits behind each of those bookings. Working out whether the dates clash with something. Checking whether the other family can make it too. Deciding to spend a chunk of your year's holiday on a weekend with us is no small thing, and we are truly grateful to all of you.

Camp Kindling 2026, that's a wrap 🎉

Before anything else: thank you. We know what it takes to get a family into a forest for a weekend. The packing, the negotiating, the car boot that never quite shuts, and the leap of faith in saying yes to something you can't fully picture yet. We see all of it, and we don't take a single ticket for granted.

Last year we introduced the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and the fireworks, and we weren't sure how we'd follow them. Then you turned up in numbers we've never seen before, and 2026 became our biggest year EVER 🤩

We'd kept one thing back for the Closing Ceremony. When the drones went up over the arena and reviewed the weekend we had all spent together, it brought a tear to our eye.

But the best bit is a child coming off an activity, excited to go again even though they were terrified of doing it ten minutes earlier. It's also Mum whizzing through the sky on a trapeze or Dad learning a K-Pop dance!

And then today. You got home yesterday afternoon, and more than 1,000 of you have already booked to come back next year. Some of you can't have finished unpacking yet! We've read that number a few times now and we still don't quite know what to say to it, except thank you. Trusting us with another one of your family's summers is not a small thing, and we know it.

Some time this week, have a scroll through your camera roll, listen to the stories they're still telling each other, and feel a bit proud of the weekend you gave them.

Camp Kindling 2026 starts TOMORROW 🤩

Gates open at Midday. Come through the gate, find a spot in General Campsite, and that'll be your home for the weekend!

Three things before you set off:
🎟️ Your tickets are in your inbox and in your account
🚗 Car park is on Knock Mill Lane, TN15 6FP, and you'll need a parking pass (£20 in advance, £30 on the gate)
🍔 Food and Drink is available from midday!

Patrol Rallys start from 3:30pm!
