So now they are doing it, just announced on Channel 4 News. Facebook is charging all users starting Monday. You can do an opt-out by doing this. Hold your finger over this message and copy it. It can’t be shared. I do not give permission for Facebook to charge $4.99 a month to my account, also; all my pictures are my property of mine and NOT Facebook's!!! Due to the fact everyone is slowly getting hi-jacked, yeah hi-jacked not hacked, they're flat out hi-jacking our accounts, even more now.

No Flower Festival for the foreseeable future.

Flowers in Wilmington church this jubilee weekend are worth visiting.

As we have not yet been able to have a flower festival I have hand crafted Christmas cards to raise money for the spire fund. These are for special friends and I’m asking for a minimum donation of 80p. Message me if interested and we can arrange where you can collect most conveniently.

Well it has been decided not to hold the festival until 2022 now. However if anyone would like a mask made, either with elastic or tape ties then please get in touch by messenger and I'll discuss colours then get them to you ASAP. Suggested donation minimum £5 which goes to the Spire fund. £1700 plus made in 2020 via mask sales. Happy to keep it going.

As covid has made this impossible for us we have now postponed to the same date next year.

I’m sure it will come as no surprise when I say this will not run in 2020. However we plan to run it in 2021. Probably the same weekend in June.

Sadly and inevitably this is postponed until 2021 when we trust we will be celebrating.

Meantime please light a candle at 7pm for as many nights as you can to show solidarity with those suffering those whom you live and those looking after us.

Does anyone have bric a brac or books that we could put on our stalls at the Flower Festival please. Its time to start thinking about this when you are making your spring cleaning. Please share this among your friends and help us to re shingle our roof.
