FESTIVAL STAFF
The festival volunteer staff are all unpaid and have given up their time to ensure you enjoy yours. If anyone is found to be abusing staff or other customers you will be asked to leave. TOMBOLA

There are stairs into the building, once in club drinkers can access ground floor room with bar serving beers, staff can help with beer selection and delivery from upstairs bar to downstairs bar. TOILETS

Smoking (includes e-cigarettes) is not allowed within the building. Please use the designated area outside . LAST ORDERS
Thursday, Friday & Saturday the beer festival doors will be closed at 9pm - the downstairs club bar closes at 12pm. Last orders in the beer festival will be called 9:30pm, the room will be closed at 10;00pm. We would be grateful for your compliance with these times. CHARITY

We are running a no cash bar. Beer tokens available upon entry to the festival. Refunds on leaving or donate to our chosen charity. GLASSES
the glasses are free to use, there will be no festival logo - they will be oversized and lined with pint and half pint measures. Half pint glasses will also be available and lined with third pint measures. Please NOTE there are no bottled beers. PROOF OF AGE
We are operating a 'Challenge 21' policy, Proof of identity may be required should anybody appear to be under 21. Behaviour during the festival will be monitored closely. PROGRAMME
Available free upon entry. FESTIVAL FOOD
There is no catering available in the venue, however there are a number of take away and small grocer shops near to the venue providing hot and cod food. Some of these will deliver to the venue, and you are welcome to eat food in the beer festival room. ALLERGENS
