One day to go! We're so excited for tomorrow, we hope you all are as well. This year we have programmes available so you have all of the lineups at your fingertips

We'll also be running our usual raffle - here's some of the prizes up for grabs.And don't forget, if you hand your wristband in with your details at the end of the day, you'll be entered into a separate prize draw.

Hi everyone,

Here's a quick note to explain how the festival works and what’s new this year.

We started SMF in 2023, with our first festival in May 2024. It was just a simple idea to throw a great party, raise money for good causes and bring the community together. We’re a small team doing this alongside demanding full-time jobs (and a toddler), and no one takes a penny. The bands also play for free to support the charity side.

The festivals have been amazing, Sandy full of people, music everywhere and a brilliant atmosphere.

But while attendance and venues are thriving, the charity fundraising hasn’t kept up. Money spent on food and drink supports our brilliant local businesses, but it doesn’t go toward the charity

That’s why we’ve introduced wristbands this year. They’re not a perfect solution, but they’re necessary if we’re going to make a meaningful donation. Without that, we can no longer justify continuing to run the festival.

4 weeks to go! This year to help raise more money for charity, we're asking people to buy a wristband for £2.50 to attend.

Wristbands will be available in advance from all venues from Monday.
