Hello all. We have significant maintenance works on the car park area planned this weekend.

This car was parked on the Village Hall Car Park on 17 October. CCTV shows an older gentleman getting out of this car and driving off in a dark blue car.

It is right where contractors will be working

If you are the owner, please remove it immediately. If you know the owner please bring this post to their attention.

If it remains there we will have no alternative but to assume itis abandoned and employ contractors to tow and store it at the owners cost.

Sandbach Young Farmers invite the local farming community to join them for a FARM FIRST AID EVENING at 7:30pm this Thursday 21st at Smallwood Village Hall

As a farming community, it is essential we keep health and safety at the forefront of our minds and do what we can to look after each other, because when an accident happens in farming it is usually significant.

At this evening we will learn vital skills and 'work-arounds' using items readily available on the farm which may just save a life until paramedics arrive.

Let's see how many uses there really are for gaffer tape and baling twine and all do our bit to make farming safer.

This is FREE to attend, with refreshments and cakes available for a donation to TASC The Ambulance Staff Charity

Please comment below or message 07789 064893 to let us know if you can make it and feel free to bring anyone you think would benefit from this evening.

We have sadly incurred an incident of intentional damage at the Village Hall this evening. Whilst we are happy for children to play on the car park when the hall is not in use, we would ask that parents please ensure their children leave it as they find it.

We also remind everyone that the Hall is fully covered by security cameras, inside and outside and any criminal damage will be reported to the Police.
