What you'll get...

✅ Slow controlled Pilates, whole body strength class using light weights

✅ You'll work every single muscle in the body

✅ 30 minutes standing weights, working the whole body and incorporating balance and core work (abs and back)

✅30 minutes mat work, working the whole body, focusing on the core (abs and back)

What a difference a couple of days can make. 💙🏏

After the disappointment of our club being broken into on Monday night, tonight has given us all something to smile about.

A huge congratulations to our Under 11s, who secured their first win of the season! 🌟 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Well done to all the players, coaches and supporters, you've given everyone at the club a real lift. Here's to many more memorable evenings like this!
