Thank you for making GMF 2025 an immense success!
We are absolutely overwhelmed by the support and positive energy at yesterday's festival. The weather was perfect, the attendance was incredible, and even though the wind tried to add a little extra challenge, it certainly didn't stop us!
A heartfelt thank you to our community. Thank you to every single person who came out, from the youngest to the oldest. Your enthusiasm and willingness to get involved in all the fun activities made the day truly special.
We also want to extend our immense gratitude to the local businesses that displayed our posters, and to the radio stations and local newspapers for helping us spread the word and amplify our message.
To our dedicated traders and charities, thank you for your support. It was wonderful to see some of you return from our first festival, and your presence is what gives GMF its unique flavour.
And to our incredible staff and volunteers, who have been planning this since November 2024, your hard work and dedication were the backbone of this event. Your commitment to making this a memorable day did not go unnoticed.

As with any live event, we know that not everything goes perfectly. We want to acknowledge that a few planned attractions, including the bouncy castle, face painter, shuttle bus, rock climbing, and a band were unfortunately not with us. We have already learned from this and will be adding an extra layer of contingency to our plans for next year to ensure a seamless experience.
Overall, GMF 2025 was an immense success and a great step forward from our first festival in 2023. The positive feedback we received throughout the day was incredibly encouraging and fuels our excitement for the future.
We look forward to hearing your thoughts and ideas on how we can make GMF even better. We will be sharing a feedback form in the coming days and would be grateful for your input.
We can’t wait to see you back in 2026, where we hope to make it a free-entry event!
