Amazing well done everyone 👍👍🥳

Again on behalf of the Weaste & Seedley Social Club Committee, we want to say a massive, heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who has helped us reach our £5,000 target. ❤️

From every person who donated, shared a post, organised a fundraiser, bought a bonus ball, encouraged others to get involved or simply told someone about our Crowdfunder, we are incredibly grateful.

A special thank you to everyone who helped promote our campaign and get the word out there, including Rebecca Long Bailey and, of course, our absolute favourite drag queen Tina Tuna 💃❤️ Thank you for using your platforms to support our little community club.

It really has been a big united effort over the summer and seeing everyone come together to help protect our club has been genuinely overwhelming. 🥹

The money raised will make a huge difference and help us with the repairs and improvements needed to keep our doors open and our club here for the community.

And we aren’t quite finished yet! 👀

The Queen of Weaste has some fabulous news… we’ve now raised a WHOPPING £3,233 towards our £5,000 target for the Weaste & Seedley Social Club! 🥳🏳️‍🌈

But we’re not there yet, and we have a few more sequins to shake to get our target! 😂

We’ve finally had confirmation that Salford City Council are going to match fund donations to our Crowdfunder! 🙌❤️

Our Crowdfunder is raising money towards some much needed work at the club, including repairs, refurbishment and a new ceiling, helping us keep this much loved community space looking its best and available for the people of Weaste, Seedley and beyond. 🏠❤️

We now have just over 30 days left to reach our £2,500 target and we’ve got some fundraising plans up our sleeves, but we could really do with your help too! 🙏

If you’re able to donate, even a few pounds makes a difference, and thanks to Salford City Council’s match funding, your donation can have an even bigger impact.
