Prom season 2026 might be over but for anyone already thinking about next year, now is exactly the right time to start the conversation.

We've been incredibly proud to host so many proms and leavers' celebrations at CorpAcq Stadium () this year. There's something genuinely special about being part of a night that students will look back on for the rest of their lives and we don't take that lightly.

A Bite of Heathcote & Co | The Meat Options.

A canapé has one job. Before the welcome drink is finished, before anyone has found their seat, to say something about the evening ahead.

We like to think we’ve nailed it with our new canapé menu.

So, starting off our showcase with the meat options…

First we have the Miso beef skewer with a Korean chilli mayo that brings just enough heat to make itself known. Then we have our beef fillet crostini that doesn’t apologise for being luxurious. Bombay chicken on poppadum layered, vibrant, the kind of thing that makes you reach for another before you’ve finished the first. Chicken saltimbocca that translates, quite literally, as “jumps in the mouth.” Finally, our take on sausage and mash. Not here because it’s unexpected, but because great hospitality should feel like home as much as it impresses.

Each one considered, each one intentional, each one a small statement of what we believe good food should do.

On Saturday 12th September, the Red Roses bring international rugby to Salford as England take on Australia in the WXV Global Series, and we could not be more proud that it's happening on our doorstep.

What a summer it's been.

As we turn the page into autumn, we wanted to take a moment to look back on a season that genuinely had it all and to say a heartfelt thank you to every guest, every partner, and every member of our team who made it what it was.

From the International Wine & Food Society Awards Lunch in May, the High Sheriff of Lancashire's Dinner in June, two extraordinary weekends at Bolesworth International, a sun-soaked day at Great British Polo, Powerhouse Dance and Manchester Card Con at CorpAcq Stadium, to private occasions we have to keep close to our chest… Every moment was delivered with the same care and pride that defines everything we do.

In August we opened our doors for our first ever Recruitment Day, and our chef team launched A Bite of Heathcote & Co. A sign of the intention for future seasonal showcases.

To our incredible team; none of this happens without you. Thank you for showing up, every single time.

Now, on to autumn and we've got a feeling it's going to be a good one. 🍂

One year ago today, we were part of something we'll never forget.

Being chosen as one of the host venues for the Women's Rugby World Cup at Salford Community Stadium was more than two years in the making, and every moment of it was worth it. From planning how each space would flow, to building bespoke menus inspired by the home nations of the teams competing, it was one of those projects that reminded us exactly why we love what we do.

On match day, our Barton Lounge hospitality suite came to life for Canada vs Wales and Scotland vs Fiji and what a day it was. Guests were welcomed in, drinks in hand, and treated to a menu that ran from breakfast through to post-match snacks. Breakfast skewers, chicken parmigiana, waffles with Canadian maple syrup, pulled pork burritos, mini haggis pies, minted lamb kofta. Food that told the story of the tournament on a plate (or bowl… or skewer 😉).

The whole operation was a genuine team effort, and a privilege from start to finish. A huge thank you to for an incredible couple of weeks, and to for keeping our guests very well looked after throughout.
