**St Helens Gala Makes History at Totally Wicked Stadium**
St Helens, August 30, 2025 β The first-ever St Helens Gala took place on Saturday at the Totally Wicked Stadium, marking a significant milestone for the community. This event was a collaborative effort between St.Helens RLFC & The Steve Prescott Foundation (SPF), designed to celebrate the spirit of togetherness and support for local initiatives.
Despite a challenging weather forecast, the decision was made late on Friday to proceed with the festival. Martin Blondel, representing the SPF, stated, βIn true The Steve Prescott Foundation style, the event had to overcome adversity. Thanks to the fantastic facilities at , we were able to host the event where other festivals might have canceled. Weβre thrilled to have made the right decision.β
The festival featured outstanding acts and production from Live events LTD, showcasing the venue's potential as a premier host for future events.
