The weather stayed fine for a fantastic party in St Albans yesterday. As these lovely pictures from the incredibly talented Stephanie Belton Photography show, a wonderful time was had by all. You came, you saw, you learned, you danced, you ate and drank from a fantastic international menu, you spent time with your community. Thank you to all our wonderful traders, partners, suppliers, contractors, sponsors, performers, charities and helpers for taking part, and to St Albans folk for coming together to play and have fun... see you next year!

We’ve added lots of support to make it welcoming for everyone — including a Safe Zone, Sensory Retreat, BSL interpreters, Sighted Guides, accessible viewing areas, priority seating, a breastfeeding zone, quiet space, and step‑free access.

🌼🚍HERT at the St Albans Spring Festival

Come and learn about the future of transport in our region at a special exhibition which will be installed at the top of Victoria Street on the event day.

The HERT – Hertfordshire/Essex Rapid Transit – aims to create frequent services on bigger vehicles and deliver a high-quality public transport experience.

Visit Victoria Street to see the example HERT vehicle and discover how future transport could support cleaner and healthier town centres.
