Don’t miss this opportunity rise early and join us at Rutland Water to look for fishing Ospreys with ecologist, wildlife presenter and writer, Mike Dilger and Dr Tim Mackrill, a leading expert on Ospreys and their reintroduction in the UK!

Setting sail from Whitwell Harbour aboard the Rutland Belle, you’ll spend an hour and a half enjoying the picturesque surroundings of Rutland Water and the diverse wildlife that inhabits it. While we can’t guarantee you’ll see a fishing Osprey, we’re confident that your chances are high, as we will navigate to areas of the reservoir where ospreys are frequently seen flying by or catching fish.

🐣 The Discovery Zone is open to all on Saturday and Sunday of Global Birdfair - there’s a great programme lined up to keep the youngest visitors happy - and all those young at heart too!

😃 It’s a great place for any newcomers to the event to meet up and get your bearings for what’s on
