What is 'Ask for Angela'?

Going out should be about having a great time, but we know situations can sometimes change. If you are ever in a local venue and feel:
• Unsafe or vulnerable
• Intimidated by someone’s behavior
• Uncomfortable on a date that isn't going well
Simply go to the bar or approach a member of the security team and "Ask for Angela."

How It Works
"Angela" is a discreet code word. When you use it, our staff and the venue's team will understand immediately that you need help without drawing attention to the situation. We are trained to:
• Move you to a safe, private space.
• Discreetly arrange a taxi or a safe way home.
• Intervene and offer security support to ensure you leave the venue safely.

Our Commitment
All STL Securities personnel and the bar staff at our partner venues are fully trained to respond quickly and professionally. Whether you're in the heart of Rugeley or anywhere across Staffordshire, your safety is our absolute priority.
