Too much sun over the Bank Holiday Weekend seems to have left us in short supply for this weekend! Poor forecasts mean we WON’T be going ahead tomorrow, 31/05. ☔️

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for our BIG Stockport Car Boot double at the weekend. We know there was plenty of bargaining going on!

We’d also like to say a huge thank you to all of our wonderful stewards. They are the first people on that field in the morning and last people to leave in the afternoon. To be on your feet all those hours is one thing, but to do it in the blistering heat is another. The BIG Stockport Car Boot would be nothing without their support and to have had so many kind messages and comments about them really means a lot to us, so thank you. 🙌🏼

🚗 Important Notice 🚗

Hi everyone! We’ve got the big flymo out in anticipation of our Bank Holiday Weekend DOUBLE, and just wanted to reiterate a few things below…

🛍️ - we are a traditional car boot sale, and promote the sale of pretty much anything taking up space in your garage or attic. We PROHIBIT the sale of weapons, counterfeit goods, livestock, alcohol, to***co and home baked goods.

🗑️ - pitches are to be left clean and tidy at the end of sale. Any unsold items must be taken home with you, and litter placed in the bins provided.

🐶 - well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Dog poo must be bagged and placed in the litter bins provided, not left on the field for us to find later…

We love seeing you all at the Big Stockport Car Boot, so let’s work together to keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. See you at the weekend! 😊
