🔥 Not long now until our BIG event! 🔥

We’re so excited to bring North Wales’ first ever social beachfront run to Rhyl with RED RUN 😍 and we’re making it even bigger by turning it into a Family Fun Day! 🏃‍♂️☀️🎉

Bring the whole family down to cheer everyone on, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a fantastic day with the JOIN THE RUN Team. Everyone is welcome!

🎟️ Raffles will be taking place throughout the day, with some amazing prizes already kindly donated, and all money raised will be going to local charities ❤️

🙏 We’re still looking for prize donations and support from local businesses. If you’d like to get involved and donate something – no matter how big or small – we would be incredibly grateful. Your support will help us raise even more for great local causes.

This Sunday, we’re honoured to welcome professional boxer and Continental Middleweight Champion, Gerome Warburton, to join our community run! 🙌🔥

Gerome is taking time out of his schedule to come and support our community, meet local people, and give something back to the fans who have supported him throughout his journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for us all and a real milestone for our community.

Having a role model of Gerome’s calibre running alongside us is inspiration at its finest. Whether you’re a member of a local boxing club, an aspiring athlete, a sports enthusiast, or simply a fan, we’d love to see you there.

This morning we luckily beat the rain and had sunshine for most of our run ☀️ 🏃🏼‍♀️

Greatful for each and everyone who shows up, take time out of there mornings, supports us and most of all shows up for themselves!

As a community we are all for helping build one another up and coming together as one!

The mini’s even smashed it this morning, and this is what it’s all about!

🚨🚨🚨BIG NEWS!!! WE’RE ADDING A SECOND RUN TO THE COMMUNITY 🔥

We’re excited to officially launch our new Thursday Night Run in partnership with Ikigai Gym 🏃‍♂️⚡

Our Sunday socials have built such a strong community that it’s time to level things up with an additional session designed for runners wanting a faster, more challenging pace.

📍 NEW ROUTE
💪 5-6K
🗓 Every Thursday
⏰ Meet at 6:30PM at the gym
🏃 Pace around 5- 5:30 min/km
🔥 Advanced / faster paced session
💥 Completely FREE

This won’t be the same route as Sunday , we’re introducing a fresh new course to keep things challenging, exciting, and progressive.

Whether you’re training for performance, chasing PBs, or just want to run with a strong group and good energy, this session is for you.

Sunday remains our all-abilities social run ❤️
Thursday is where we push the pace ⚡

WEVE HIT 1000 FOLLOWERS 😍

Forever greatful for each and everyone of you who follow our page and more than anything who have joined us every Sunday.

This run was set up to help people who wanted to get out running with a group with NO EGOS & more importantly who pushed each other and helped one another along the way!

Big thankyou to Morgan for taking Sundays run whilst we were on holiday!

As it was Sunday we still repped from turkey, love always 🇹🇷
