: 1099682. Family and friends of TV presenter Caroline Flack announce details of Flackstock – an intimate day festival to celebrate Caroline’s life with comedy, dance and musical acts this summer. With a committee including Caroline’s mother Christine and sister Jody, her friends Natalie Pinkham, Dawn O’Porter, Anna Blue, Sarah Tyekiff, Leigh and Jill Francis the team are thrilled to announce the first acts set to appear. Masked Singer winner Natalie Imbruglia, pop sensation Louise Redknapp and Fleur East are the first acts to be announced for the event – sponsored by McDonald’s - that will take place in the grounds of Englefield, the Elizabethan House and estate near Pangbourne in Berkshire. Money raised from Flackstock will be split equally between the charities Choose Love, Mind, Samaritans and Charlie Waller Trust – four worthy outlets that held a special place in Caroline’s heart. The event will take place at Englefield Estate following on from the summer concerts as part of Heritage Live on the site, presented by Giles Cooper Entertainment, who have provided their entire infrastructure and team at cost to support Flackstock. Caroline’s mother Christine says of Flactstock: “My Caroline was never more herself or happier than at a music festival with her sister and her friends.

“Flackstock is the wonderful idea of those who knew her best and the perfect way to remember her singing, dancing and most of all laughing.

“Not only is Flackstock the most positive way to honour Carrie but charities that she loved with benefit from the proceeds.

“A big thank you to everyone involved for all their hard work – to Natalie for the mad idea, Giles Cooper Entertainment and Englefield House who saved the day, Live Nation and to all the brilliant sponsors.

“My family are so proud that so many people who knew Carrie loved her so very much.”

Hello Friends of Flackstock 💛
We’ve had so many messages asking about a date for this year’s festival - thank you for all the love and enthusiasm. What started off as a small crazy pipe dream has turned into an annual festival that’s raised over £700,000 for four incredible charities. We are extremely proud of everything we have achieved so far and we know Caroline would be so happy her legacy is alive and well in the form of a festival.

Now for some news, after lots of plotting at Flackstock HQ we wanted to share that 2026 will be a fallow year, giving us the space and time to make Flackstock 2027 bigger and better than ever. We’re especially excited about a brand-new venue (more news on that soon, we promise).

We’ve achieved so much already - incredible artists, the expansion of our mindfulness area and partnerships with the most amazing brands – but we’re not done yet, there is so much more to come. We won’t leave you wanting in 2026, we have a few activities up our sleeve that we’re keen to get you all involved with, and we are already planning the biggest and best party in a field for Flackstock 2027.

Never has there been a better time to get behind the movement that you all helped to build.

We love you all — thank you for the endless support that keeps us all striving to deliver bigger and better in memory of our beautiful friend. 💫

Mama do? Mama did!! Even with a bun in the oven, Pixie was cooking on stage with a typically high energy performance that lit up Flackstock! 
From the very first beat, Pixie Lott brought the sunshine to Flackstock 2025, bouncing into the opening slot with an energy that set the tone for the whole day. Her voice, her presence, and her sheer joy reminded us exactly why we love live music.

✅ Smashed out hits like Boys and Girls and Mama Do
✅ Kicked off the festival with pure, feel-good energy
✅ Barefoot and dancing like it was the world’s biggest living room. She smashed it again!

It was designed by , and a whole host of people help us to bring it to life at the festival absolutely free of charge. Thank you to for the digital work they do on Gemma’s design, To Jos at for all of our beautiful screen graphics (sorry for all the last minute changes Jos!), to Trisha at for transforming the artwork into lanyards and wristbands, and a special shout out to Paul at for completely redesigning and maintaining our website and running our mailing list. Amazing (and very patient) people who contribute their time so that this festival can exist.

The legendary Flackstock raffle was a chaotic as ever this year. Could you find where to buy a ticket? Did the card machine work? Did you even have a clue what you might win? Could you hear the number being called? Questions which reflect just some of the feedback we get each year. That’s what we like to call the ‘charm’ of the event. Thank you so much if you bought a ticket, sorry if you didn’t win. One lucky lady (and her very cute baby Leo) picked up what we like to call ‘The greatest raffle prize in one-day-charity-pop-festival history’. Thanks to all the brilliant people who contributed to the raffle prize of dreams including for the signed football and pendant for the signed shirt for the beautiful jewellery and all our artists for the signed goodies. Oh and herself for the kaftan.

WE BUILT THIS CITY.

Putting together Flackstock in just 24 hours takes a huge team of amazing people who often give us reduced rates or come completely free of charge to help us keep our costs down. Thank you to all the amazing people who arrived at 8am on Friday the 8th and helped us build Flackstock in our new venue. kept the drinks coming, entertained the kids, fabulous got everyone in the festival spirit with her wardrobe of dreams,, created the most amazing mural for the fourth year running. , and .sew.n.so made our VIPs look beautiful AND made our incredible Flackstock hats! Our backstage may be small and cramped and full of Wookies BUT we shower our artist with love and the goody bag of dreams and a free bar with the very best drinks. And a very special thanks to all of our brilliant sponsors. Money from sponsorship goes towards paying as many of our costs as possible so that we can maximise the amount we donate to our charities from your ticket price. So thank you to all the brilliant people and companies who help us do that. sponsored our main stage fashion show and gave away bunches of flowers in the field with Daisy by perfume.
