Experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist
Whitstable, Kent | Full-Time | Office Based

Due to continued growth, TJDA is looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to join our expanding team in Whitstable.

We are a well-established, fast growing architectural practice delivering high quality design solutions across the residential, healthcare, retail, commercial, hospitality, and education sectors throughout Kent, the South East, and London.

This role is ideal for someone already working within an architectural practice who is confident delivering technical design work across multiple RIBA stages and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within an architectural practice
• Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft 365
• Experience producing RIBA Stage 2–3 design packages
• Ability to deliver detailed Stage 4 Technical Design packages
• Excellent communication and workload management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Experience:
• SketchUp / Enscape
• Adobe InDesign / Photoshop
• Planning Portal
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

Hours & Benefits:
• 8.5-hour working day including a lunch break between 1:00pm - 2:00pm
• Flexible working hours available between 8.00am - 6.30pm
