Day 1: What's on and what's sold out? 💭
Starting off the Festival bright and early at 9am with a somatic reset and a full body rest is Good Vibrations with Elise & Eleanor, you can then flow on through to Pilates with Marina Leonova at 10am.
At 11am there's a choice to be made, either head to Gather for a talk on Medicinal Mushrooms, or gallavant off on a walk across Pegwell exploring the sights and the sounds of the environment, and at 11.30am there's a hands-on demo on hydrosols & aromatherapy at The Book Hotel.
For a bit of lunch head to Gather for 1pm for 3 course meal celebrating the naturopathic functions of fungi or if you're looking for a family activity at 1pm, get weird and wobbly with Jelly Lands.
Heading into the afternoon choose between one of two olafactory sessions at The Book Hotel, or at Gather, at 4pm, Riedel host a tasting session, comparing the effect of glassware on the drinking experience. The at 6pm is a stunning film The Nightingales Song at Ramsgate Community Cinema featuring folk singer Sam Lee.
