Ever wondered what really goes on behind the doors of Preston Playhouse?

This Sunday 13th September, we’re opening the doors for Heritage Open Day and inviting you to come inside, explore the building and discover the stories behind one of Preston’s much-loved theatres.

From the stage to the backstage areas, tours will set off regularly between 10am and 4pm, giving you the chance to see parts of the Playhouse that audiences don’t normally get to experience.

Whether you’re a theatre regular, a local history enthusiast or simply curious about what’s behind the curtain, come and have a look.

You might be surprised by what you discover.
