Double Impact Fitness Events Get ready for the South Coast's leading functional fitness events for entrants of all levels.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, our same-sex pairs competitions are designed to help you test your limits and beyond. Entrants will endure workouts combining core strength and fitness elements with a whole lot of sweat and determination. Does your inner beast have what it takes to become a Double Impact champ?

20/15 cal C2 Bike
15 Wall balls 10/9ft 9/6kg Open, 6/4kg masters
10 Burpee box step overs

Athlete 1 works on the cals, while athlete 2 wall balls and burpees. And only switch when they finish their reps.

10min Rest

DB hang clean and press 2x15kg men open, 2x12kg ladies open. 2x12kg men’s masters, 2x10kg ladies masters

15/12 cal row open 12/10 cal masters
12 KB swings 28/24 Open, 24/16 masters
5-10-15m shuttle run

Athlete 1 performs the above movements, while athlete 2 holds odd objects.
During the row, the resting athlete will perform a farmers hold 2x32/24kg open, 24/16kg.
During the swings and shuttle run, the resting athlete will hold the slush ball. Reps will only count while the correct object is being held.

Our Story

S C F events is the inspiration of Ray Pharoah, an ex-British Paratrooper and owner of Southern Legion Strength & Conditioning gym. S C F events are the leaders on the south coast in organising team and individual fitness competitions. The competitions are divided into categories so that athletes compete with others of similar fitness levels. The competitions are pay and play events - expect low-technique but tough military-like tests of fitness. Held in Portsmouth and staged outside in the elements, it truly is the competition to be at.
