Portsmouth Tattoo Fest has arrived on the shores of Portsmouth to bring you some of the best tattoo artists from all over the country. This 2 day event will feature live tattooing from 90+ Artists. Live entertainment will also feature heavily at Tattoo Fest with live music and burlesque shows and other entertainment happening over the weekend. Tattoo Competitions will take place featuring Rival In
