It's a busy weekend for us to see October off...

Karen is watching a small but determined number of runners get dizzy taking on the Cockbain Events Track 100. 100 miles on a 400m track, what's not to love.

Tomorrow Kiernan will be in Andover with Andover Trail Events for the inaugural Andover Half Marathon. Ben will be handling the local running with Dorset Doddlers at The Stickler, and I'm oop norf in Oldham for the long awaited return of the Oldham Half Marathon with Oldham Community Leisure.

This week we're not timing, but we are out supporting one of our clients, Cockbain Events on their Lon Las Cymru ultra. 253 miles from Holyhead to Cardiff following the Lon Las cycle route, with minimal support.

Since Thursday morning we've been staffing some of the checkpoints and providing internet and comms in some of the more remote places. Cut-off is 11pm Sunday.

With Karen down in Marlow for the Marlow 10, me and Ben are in Rocester at JCB World Headquarters for the JCB Sportive. Timing for the start, finish, and a 6.5 mile climbing stage.

Beautiful warm late summer evening with Yeovil Town RRC for race 5 in their Spring/Summer 5k Series outside RNAS Yeovilton. Now to drive back to Portland for a decent kip ahead of an early start to drive to North Wales for the Brutal Triathlons this weekend, as well as SUPBIKERUN at Ullswater on Sunday

Tonight me and Karen have been taking on double duties, timing and race directing our local aquathlon, with a view of home.

It's not so bad down here in Dorset.

This weekend we're with White Star Running timing the Cranborne Races. Additional, due to the fact we're in the wilds of Dorset, we're providing internet with our Starlink to enable them to sell merch, and to make sure the food and drink vendors are able to accept card payments.
