About your host:
Frank Escamilla is a poet, storyteller, educator, facilitator and luminary reminding people of the light that lives in them. He is known in the streets, on stages and in communities around the world as “Bus Stop Prophet” for his propensity to conjure up deep and intentional spaces in unexpected places.
Frank has been deeply engaged in creative peacemaking, community building, medicine work for over 25 years in the U.S, as well as South Africa, Sweden, Mexico and the U.K.
As a gifted poet, storyteller, keynote speaker, and creator of brave and welcoming spaces, Frank offers a heart centered process and pathway to groups and communities seeking transformation. This creative process enables individuals an opportunity to access the gift in the wound, to engage in profound conversation with community and to remember how to listen with intention and speak with their most authentic voice.
A seasoned facilitator and educator, Frank can be found transforming spaces with his unique style of space holding and storytelling within institutions such as K-12 schools, higher education, detention centers, organizations, corporations and facilitating retreats.
