Want to watch the film in style? Step through the wardrobe and make your very own fantasy crown! ✨

Before our screening of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Red Thread Cymru are delighted to welcome Meryl for a special crown-making workshop at The Tipsy Owl.

Get creative, embrace your inner royalty and make your own unique crown to wear for the movie! Whether you're destined to rule Narnia, serve the White Witch, or simply fancy looking fabulous at the cinema, this is the perfect way to get into the fantasy spirit. 👑🦁

🎨 Workshop Details

📅 Friday 25 September 2026
📍 The Tipsy Owl, Pontypridd, CF37 1QJ
🕠 Workshop starts: 5:30pm
🎟️ Early Bird: £7 | General Admission: £10
🧑‍🧒‍🧒 This workshop is suitable for all the family (Parental supervision is required for attendees aged 12 and under)

The workshop takes place before the movie screening, giving you plenty of time to make your crown before heading into the Wardrobe Room for the film.

🎬 Going to the movie too?

The workshop is an optional extra and is completely separate from the movie night ticket.

You can choose to:

👑🎬 Attend BOTH events and make your crown before settling in for the film!

Step through the wardrobe and settle in for a night at the movies! 🍿🎞️

Red Thread Cymru, in collaboration with Retro Dai’s, are bringing a special cinema night to the Wardrobe Room at The Tipsy Owl, Pontypridd.

For one night only, we’re transforming the Wardrobe Room into a cosy, nostalgic cinema experience, where you can sit back, relax and enjoy a classic film on the big screen.

✨ This month’s film: THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE ✨

Join us for an evening of old-school cinema charm, good company and a little bit of magic. Whether you’re a lifelong fan of the story or discovering it for the first time, come through the wardrobe and escape to Narnia for the evening.
