🏡 PLYMOUTH & SOUTH WEST LANDLORD UPDATE

New Government rules will require private landlords to register themselves and their rental properties.

For properties across Plymouth, Devon, Cornwall and the wider South West:

• Registration starts 15 August 2027
• Deadline 14 November 2027
• Cost £65 per property, per year

There’s nothing landlords need to do yet.
